- This is a Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) combined synopsis/solicitation for services necessary to provide: all labor, management supervision, tools, material and equipment for auto body repair services, painting, and/or refinishing of Government owned automotive and other non-tactical equipment for the Southwest Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT), Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, California. This is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (CD 2020-O0008). Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under RFQ N62473-21-Q-4177. The Government anticipates awarding single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance based contract that is comprised non-recurring work items. This contract will include a 6 month base year and two (2) 12 month�s options years. There will be no future synopsis in the event the options included in the contract are exercised. It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� It is anticipated that Task Orders/requirements issued on this IDIQ may consist primarily of description under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811111 with business size standard of $8 Million.� � ****Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for more information****
