- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number W50S7521Q0014 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; Effective 12 Jul 21. This is a set-aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 621399 with a size standard of $8M. The purpose of this Request for Quote is for the purchase and performance of Nutrition Support Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
