Description

This is a Design-Build project to renovate interior elements of the existing building to meet the standards required to support the basing of F-35s at Tyndall AFB. Areas to be renovated are identified within this statement of work. The project is comprised of one building on Tyndall AFB and the related disciplines of work as specific tasks in Scope of Work (Appendix A). The Design-Build Team will consist of a Construction and design team Designer of Record (DOR) that shall perform the services herein and as described in the�Statement of Work (SOW). Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the discrepancy in the Period of Performance dates in solicitation, SOW and�Appendix A. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. incorporate additional RFI responses 2. extend the proposal due date by 2 days from 1:30PM CDT on 9 August 2021 to 1:30PM CDT on 11 August 2021 **UPDATE** 3 August 2021-Amendment 1 has been added to documents, the file failed to upload on 23 July 2021. Amendment 2 is the most recent amendment.
