In addition to these NSNs, the scope of this Corporate Successor contract includes all Department of Defense (DoD) managed, part numbers for which John Deere CAGE code 1J955, or any associated John Deere CAGE code including, but not limited to, 0XWZ3, 06021, 08416, 3PSD7, 66834, 66835, 66836, 75755, 75160, 9R569, 92836, 96105, are the only approved sources of supply, and are listed on the John Deere CPL. These requirements support multiple weapon system programs including, but not limited to the Atlas II Forklift Truck, AH-1J Cobra Attack Helicopter, B-52 Stratofortress, C-47 Chinook Helicopter, E-2C Hawkeye Aircraft, F-14 Tomcat Aircraft, F-18A-D, E/F, G Aircraft, HYEX Hydraulic Excavators, KC-130 Hercules, H-46 Sea Knight Helicopter, H-60 Seahawk Helicopter, RG-33 Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicle, 15KW - 60KW Family Generators, 463L Cargo System, and Navy Expeditionary Programs. The scope of this acquisition is for a Fixed-Price, Requirements Contract with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures. �The pursuant Long-Term Contract (LTC) is for a potential total contract period of 10 years, which will be comprised of one (1), 4-Year Base Period and a six (6)-Year Option Period that consisting of three (3), two (2)-Year Option Periods, which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NSNs will be shipped to various locations both CONUS/OCONUS; for DLA Customer Direct (DVD), DLA Direct (Stock) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the Request for Proposal. (X) The solicitation will be available on DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on its issue date, on or about 3 September�2021. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers must submit a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP), scanned, and emailed to the Buyer at: Jeremy.Feeney@dla.mil or uploaded through DIBBS. (X) The solicitation will be an Unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full & Open Competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). (X) The Small Business standard for this acquisition is 500 employees. (X) This proposal will be evaluated according to �best value� procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Proposed Delivery, Surge & Sustainment, and Small Business Participation. All evaluation factors, other than price, when combined are equal to price. (X) One or more of these items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. (X)�This solicitation will incorporate L&M Procurement Note 215-9010 - All or None (Request for Proposal Only) and will contain one (1) Group consisting of 13,656 NSNs that will support DVD, Stock, FMS, and NSNs with Surge and Sustainment requirements, and will be evaluated on an �All or None� basis, per Group as it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government pursuant to the applicable contract provision to affect the most economical buy by reducing administrative costs. Therefore, to be considered for award, offerors must submit pricing for not less than 10,925 NSNs, or 80% of the Group, and must quote in accordance with the evaluation factors listed within Section L and Section M of the solicitation. (X) This solicitation will consolidate multiple requirements, some of which were previously procured under separate small purchase orders, into a single solicitation, and is therefore considered a Bundled solicitation. As such, to satisfy the terms at FAR 10.001(c)(2)(i), the Government is synopsizing�these NSNs for 30 days prior to the solicitation issuance. The Buyer has identified and emailed multiple small business dealers that have provided these NSNs in the past and this will serve as another notification that the solicitation will be a Substantially Bundled solicitation.
