Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Construction Team 3 2750 SW 145TH Ave. Miramar, FL 33027 This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center in Orlando, Florida has a requirement to replace and refinish roofs at the Lake Baldwin, Lake Nona, and Lakemont Campuses along with roof drains in Viera. This project will replace the roofs of Building 500 (Lake Baldwin), Building 7 (Lake Nona) and Building 2500 (Lakemont). It will also reseal the existing modified bitumen systems of the remaining buildings at Lake Nona. Project must address and correct FCAs 313310, 313311, 313312, 313313, 313314, 312826, 311678, 310999, and 310998. The contractor shall be a State of Florida Certified/licensed General Contractor. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(F). The solicitation will be issued on or about July 20, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Beta.SAM.gov website at beta.SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV.
