Description

The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may be capable of providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for Enterprise Architecture Support to the Director, Information Management and HAF Chief Information Officer (SAF/AAI). The contractor will provide a range of Enterprise Architecture services to support Information Technology (IT) investments and initiatives assigned to SAF/AAI IT Portfolios and their Portfolio Management team. The contractor�s services will range from determining appropriate architectural assignment at program inception to life cycle architectural support, assistance development and major upgrades, assistance with architectural assertions in the Integrated Business Framework � Data Alignment Portal (IBF-DAP)/AF Architecture Repository (AFAR) required by the Air Force Business Mission Area (BMA) Organization Execution Plan (OEP) development and related in cycle and out of cycle approval packages.� The purpose of this request for information is to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, Certified 8(a) Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Women Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required services.
