- This award is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to perform incidental design, renovations, repairs, maintenance, replacements, alterations, demolition, and NAVFAC construction involving specialty trades to include electrical, mechanical, painting, paving, flooring,roofing, structural repair, fencing, HVAC, and fire suppression/protection systems installation at multiple facilities under this fixed-price Job Order Contract (JOC). The aggregate value of all delivery orders awarded under this contract is not to exceed $30,000,000.00 (Base and four option periods) for a total of 60 months, whichever comes first.
