Description
This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division for Medical Waste Pick up and Disposal services.� The anticipated period of performance is 1 September 2021 � 31 August 2022.� Pick up locations are at two Nevada Army National Guard facilities: one in Reno and one in Las Vegas, Nevada.� Twelve medical waste pick-up and disposals will be required at each location for a total of twenty-four.� The schedule will be mutually established with the apparent awardee prior to contract award.� This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 dated 7/12/2021. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 562112 with an industry size standard of $41.5 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is S205.� A responsible offeror/quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with the System for Award Management (SAM), and be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. In addition to providing pricing each quote must include vendor's CAGE and SAM ID number (formerly DUNS), and must include point of contact information. Failure to provide SAM registration may result in your quote being disqualified from consideration. IAW FAR 52.204-7, prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at www.sam.gov to register. Quoted pricing on the attached SF1449 must be completed and submitted along with capability and related information as noted in the evaluation criteria (see page 8). Quotes and any related documentation shall be submitted to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@mail.mil �prior to 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, August 23, 2021. This is the only means of submitting quotes in response to this RFQ.
