- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24621Q0714, will be issued on or about 4 Aug 2021. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical, Hampton, VA has a requirement for Non-Emergency Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulance Services for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Period of performance will be for a base period of one year with one option year. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business (SB).
