- This is a solicitation�for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.� The NAICS code is 333318 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 employees. This is a notice for a total Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit responses from qualified sources capable of providing: A total of four (4) demineralizers in accordance with attached�specifications and data requirements for delivery to�Portsmouth Naval Shipyard located in Kittery, ME. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The required delivery date is 12/15/2021. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this solicitation.�Please review the attached 1449 RFQ and all Attachments- 1-2 and Exhibit A.
