Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Aptean Co., 4325 Alexander Drive, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA 30022-3740, for the acquisition of IRMS 360. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures."" �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishers.� The business size standard is $41.5M.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 6th, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov.
