- Description
- The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a brand name sole-source, contract to�Magnet Forensics for training to enable the user to recover, analyze, and report on digital evidence from Smartphones, Computers, and the Cloud, all in one case file. The contractor will provide digital and cyber-related training that allows for training vouchers to be valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. Once a training voucher is purchased then agencies will schedule training directly with Magnet Forensics. Vouchers allow for in-person, online, or onDemand (self-paced) training. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements"". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611420, Computer Training, with a size standard of $12.0M. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose if determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information, if it is proprietary in nature. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice, and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice. A confirmation of Government receipt will be the contractor's responsibility. No solicitation is available and telephone requests for information will not be accepted. All responses shall be sent via e-mail and referencing solicitation number FA701421Q0044�to SrA Kelante Montgomery, Contract Specialist, at kelante.montgomery@us.af.mil . If no response is received by�12:00 P.M. EST, 16�August 2021, an award will be pursued with the vendor indicated above.
