Description

THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE, NOT A SOLICITATION This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 and 36.213-2 This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside 100% for a Women-owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $39.5M. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1102 and DFARS 204.1103, Procedures, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award.� Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://sam.gov. The objective of this project is to design and complete reconstruction for full depth road replacement of C Street East -Randolph, Texas; Project Number TYMX205320. � General Scope of Work:� The Contractor shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform roadway, curb and gutter, pavement marking, and associated roadway repairs for approximately 1,380 LF x 34-ft wide section of C St East from Northeast Dr to 5th St East. This is a design-build project. This project is located on Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph (JBSA-RND) Texas (TX). (See Attached SOW for additional details) Location of the work: JBSA-Randolph, Texas� 78150 Tentative Solicitation issue date: 15 July 2021 Tentative Solicitation Due date: 15 August 2021 The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph, TX intends to award a contract with a 353 calendar day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Note: The above description of work is for the purpose of general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work or to define the scope of work. �THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Any subsequent RFP will be made available electronically via SAM.gov website (https://sam.gov) on or about 12 July 2021. �Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the SAM.gov website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. This notice does not commit the Government to award a contract. No collect calls or facsimile transmissions will be accepted. The contract will be completed based on the ability of funds at time of award. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
