- This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Evergreen Fire Alarms, LLC (CAGE 1XMK2) of 2111 South 90th Street, Tacoma, Washington. This requirement is for delivery and installation of various OEM Monitor Dynamics component/parts for upgrade to existing Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) at NIWC Pacific. See attached synopsis.
