- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB s must be listed to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for fire extinguisher inspections. Services will be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facilities in Temple, Waco, and Austin, Tx in accordance with the Statement of Work. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and no later than 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), August 9, 2021. Please annotate subject line of e-mail with Technical Questions 36C25721Q1284 Fire Extinguisher Inspection and send to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov. Please include in your questions in the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing. Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be Quote - 36C25721Q1284 Fire Extinguisher Inspection by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation.
