Intercept existing transformer T-620478 secondary conduit and provide (1) 3-inch schedule 80 PVC secondary pole dip substructure and pole. Connect the 3 phase secondary conductors to T-620478 and route conductors to transition to overhead through pole dip substructure. Perform calculations to ensure proper conductor sizing and span between supports from the transition to overhead to facility B1350. Provide weather head, disconnect, manual transfer switch, and backup genset connection for building B1350. Disconnect the existing electrical service conductors from panel A in facility B1350. Provide facility B1350 with a service mast weatherhead. Connect the secondary circuit conductors through the weatherhead to the existing 277/480V service panel A. Facility B1350 electrical service must be protected by a heavy duty 3 phase, 200A, 600VAC fused disconnect. Provide facility B1350 with a double pole manual transfer switch and 200A genset docking station equal to Trystar Inc. model GDS-025W-LM. Coordinate with ENTERGY to energize transformer T-620478. Upon establishment of service, disconnect existing electrical feed from generator building to handhole adjacent B1350. Abandon conduit in place. Technical Requirements Design, construct and test all electrical components for the Electrical Repairs Project at Little Rock AFB, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, AR. Work shall provide secondary power circuit to Facility B1350. This includes design, testing, construction, necessary labor, equipment, and material for a fully functional electrical system required for the operation of the bulk fuel farm. Submit the design and selection of materials and equipment to the Contracting Officer for prior approval by the end of the design process. Unless noted otherwise, provide material that is in compliance with ASTM Standards or Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) listed material. Provide material and equipment that are standard products of a manufacturer regularly engaged in the manufacture of the product. Provide material and products that have been in satisfactory use for at least 2 years. Provide materials and equipment capable of being serviced by an organization that is, in the opinion of the Contracting Officer, reasonably convenient to the site. Provide materials and equipment in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Provide major components of equipment with the manufacturer's name, address, type or style, voltage and current rating, and catalog number on a non-corrosive and non-heat sensitive plate, securely attached to the equipment. All equipment delivered and placed in storage, prior to installation, must be protected from the weather, humidity and temperature variation, dirt and dust, and any other contaminants. Failure to protect the electrical components and maintain them in a condition acceptable to the manufacturer or contracting officer must be replaced with new from the same manufacturer at the option of the Government. The Government must not be held liable for the charges associated with the procurement and shipping of the replacement electrical components nor charges associated with the removal of the unacceptable electrical components. The electrical design documents included in this PWS package include this SOW. The Contractor must be responsible for preparing complete design documents to the 100% level in accordance with UFC 3-501-01. The design effort must include but not be limited to the following: electrical calculations, material submittals, finished contract drawings, and finished specifications. Contractor must furnish copies of all appropriate sections from pertinent standards, i.e. API and catalog cuts from manufacturers, as back-up material to support Contractor's design of all major components. Referencing appropriate sections from applicable standards in a narrative or in the design analysis is not acceptable.
