Description

Revision 1: Extends Due Date to 08/30/2021 Pre-Bid Walk Though: Monday, August 16th @ 1000am MST Please Contact COR for Additional Information/Location Questions Due: Thursday August 19th, in Writing � Logan Main Building Flooring Repair IAW Statement of Work and all applicable Specifications, Maps and Attachments contained in Section J and within the Solicitation. Move room furnishings (tables, desk, refrigerators, lab equipment; items identified during Pre-Bid walk-through) and coordinate with the COR the temporary storage/placement of furnishings while work in each individual room is being accomplished. Remove existing carpet, Vinyl Composite Tile, asbestos floor tiling, and asbestos containing mastic from: First Floor Rooms (Approx. 6000 SF): Rooms 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 110, 111, 112, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, and 134. Basement Rooms (Approx. 2250 SF): Rooms 01, 02, 03, 12, and the Stairs and Landings. � Repair subfloor if required and install new commercial grade Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) or Carpet Tiles as new floor covering in all areas where carpet and asbestos tile were removed. Provide and install new rubber cove base around new VCT and Carpet Tile flooring. Provide new entrance flooring mats.
