- The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to remove existing carpet and replace with carpet tiles as outlined in the Statement of Work at USCG Sector Key West; 100 Trumbo Pt Key West, FL, 33040. Site Visit. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. Requests for site visits shall include the Company name, Employees full names, Driver's License State and Number and ensure vehicles have current insurance and registrations. A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit.
