UPDATED: 20 JULY 2021 Please see attached document�QUESTIONS 2�for the Government's Responses to questions received regarding this solicitation.�� NOTE:� The final date to submit questions about this solicitation is 21 JULY 2021.� UPDATED: 14 JULY 2021� Please see attached document QUESTIONS 1 for the Government's responses to questions received regarding this solicitation.�� This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for the manufacture of Fuel Bladder Tanks for the C-130 Aircraft in accordance with (IAW) the drawings and technical data attached hereto for the NSN�s below.� Requirements for both the United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers are anticipated. The Government anticipates awarding up to 3 contracts to sources who meet the award criteria and are determined to be the best value to the Government as described herein. Award of contracts will be made to sources that have received pre-qualification source approval for the manufacture of the above stated NSNs.� Current approved sources are:� (1) Meggitt Polymers & Composites (CAGE: 56221); (1) American Fuel Cell & Coated Fabrics (CAGE: 05476); and (3) Floats & Fuel Cells (CAGE: 1MM01). Current pre-qualified source is: GKN Alabama Fuel Systems (CAGE: 76CC4).� Completion of First Article is required for pre-qualified source. These will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with one 12-month Basic Ordering Period and four 12-month Ordering Periods.� Particulars regarding proposal submission and evaluation can be found is Sections L & M of the attached RFP.� This document contains all RFP attachments within the PDF portfolio. Offerors are cautioned to thoroughly review the RFP and all attachments, and ensure a copy of this document is returned with the proposal with an authorized signature on page 1. � Technical data is available as part of this solicitation.
