- This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA�seeks to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for twenty-one (21) Valve Actuator Assemblies and associated twenty (20) Mounting Kit Assemblies. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The required delivery date is defined in the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 332911 with a size standard of 750. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is 4810 � valves, powered. This procurement is being set-aside 100% for Small Business.
