Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) at Patuxent River, MD, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract type for Anark Core software. Anark Core is an automated content publishing software platform that transforms a wide variety of engineering and enterprise data into fit-for-purpose content for use in engineering release, supply-chain, manufacturing, quality inspection, and field service.� Anark Core enables users to publish use-case specific interactive content for use with 3D PDF documents.� Anark Core is specifically intended to transform engineering Computer-Aided Design (CAD) files for aircraft and support equipment components into 3D PDF files. This enables distribution of the CAD information to vendors, reviewers, and sites which can produce 3D prints of the components This Sources Sought notice is not a request for competitive proposals and does not commit the Government to award a contract as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The information provided herein is for informational purposes only. These requirements are subject to change based on the Government�s need.
