- Description
- The Government seeks a contractor that can provide the following: 4 Month rental of a 2 toilet / 2 wash station trailer (Temporary Solution) Provide a 2 toilet / 2 wash station trailer for up to 56 months and service said trailer as needed. ****The rental will be replaced with a like trailer purchased under this contract.� The 4 month rental is to allow the vendor to immediately provide services to the Government with sufficient lead time to procure a new trailer for the Government. The full PWS is attached.� If two or more Small Businesses respond and are determined capable to meet the requirements the Government retains the right to set-aside this action to including socio-economic preference eligibles. Questions may be submitted to the POC identified in the posting no later than the 15th of August 2021 at 3:00 PM. Informal pricing is acceted but shall not be a determining factir in any fututr award decision other than the development of an IGCE.� ****************************************************************************************************************************************************� �� Synopsis of Requirements The Contractor shall provide: Self-contained trailer that is 4 seasons with 2 toilets and 2 sinks that have hot and cold water taps for hand washing. (1) 250 gallon minimum fresh water tank (1) 250 gallon waste tank Regular LP / Natural Gas refills if not fully operational using the provided electricity Serviced / maintained as frequently as required to ensure that it is always usable (approximately 200 uses per week) Tank sizes will depend on how frequently they need to service Outside cleaning to maintain a clean and orderly appearance The Government does not require: Inside cleaning, toilet paper, paper towel, soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies The Government will provide: 120 Volt power The Government will not provide: water source or waste disposal The Contractor shall provide: Septic tank pumping services at Fort Belvoir, Va.
