- THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO CERTIFIED 8(a) CONTRACTORS ONLY. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, has a requirement for Combined Operations & Maintenance and Janitorial Related Services for four (4) Federal Buildings in the cities of Knoxville and Greeneville in the state of Tennessee. The building locations and addresses are located in the attached PWS. The NAICS Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services with a Business Size Standard is $41.5M. Period of Performance. Base year: November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2022 with the option to extend the contract term for four (4) additional one-year periods. The Government's intent is to establish a Requirements Contract for a total potential performance period of five (5) years. This Requirements Contract will require monthly Firm Fixed Price line items for specified services as well as Additional Services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Site visits for this procurement will be held during the dates identified below: DATE LOCATION EVENT August 10 & 11, 2021 DATE:� August 10, 2021 � 8:30 am (EST) Location:�Howard Baker Federal Bldg,�800 Market St,�Knoxville, TN Event: Briefing / Site Visit � DATE:�August 11, 2021 � 8:30 am (EST) Location: James Quillen Courthouse,�220 West Depot St,�Greeneville, TN Event: Sign-in / Site Visit The Site Visit shall be limited to not more than four (4) representatives from each Offeror. The site visit will commence on 10 August 2021 at 8:30 pm (EST) and entail a briefing of the requirement. The briefing will be held at the Howard Baker Federal Building as stated above. Following the briefing, tours will commence of the Howard Baker building, followed by the Forum FB, and the John J. Duncan Courthouse.� On 11 August 2021 at 8:30 am (EST); the site visit will begin at the James Quillen Courthouse as stated above. Following the sign-in, a tour of the building will be conducted. NOTE: In accordance with updated CDC guidance, as well as with the direction provided in Executive Order 13991 on Protecting the Federal Workforce and Requiring Mask-Wearing, all Federal employees and contractors are now required to wear masks in federal facilities located in areas of substantial or high community transmission, regardless of vaccination status. This includes: People transacting business with or visiting GSA employees or GSA contractors while on or in GSA-controlled facilities: a.)�to gain access to property under the jurisdiction, custody, or control of GSA (�GSA-controlled facilities�); and b.)�while in GSA-controlled facilities and recommended social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. � Gloves and other personnel protective equipment are optional and shall be the responsibility of the offeror�s attending the site visit. Taking photos during the site visit in certain tenant spaces is prohibited. 10 August 2021 - 8:30 AM (EST) - Howard Baker Federal Building - 800 Market St.,�Knoxville, TN 37902 Parking for all three (3) buildings is located in the Cumberland Avenue Parking Lot. From the lot, walk across Cumberland Ave through the courtyard to the federal property to Main St. SW. Turn right on the sidewalk and walk down to the last door on that block that has a ramp and stairs. This section of the building is GSA.� Enter the building through the doors located on the Main Street SW side. Pass through the security screening and proceed to the Conference Room located directly across the�rotunda from the security screening area. GSA Site Visit POCs will meet Site Visit Participants in the Conference Room. 11 August 2021 - 8:30 PM (EST) - James Quillen Courthouse - 220 West�Depot St., Greenville, TN 37743. Parking is across the street in a gravel parking area or on the street if they are open across from the courthouse, nothing on the courthouse side.�� Entrance into the building is through the main doors. Pass through security and meet with the GSA Site Visit POCs to be directed to the 3rd floor conference room for the Pre-visit Kick-Off meeting.
