- Replace Bldg 28 AHU s Project # 506-21-211 Statement of Work Contractor shall, in full accordance with project Drawings and Specifications, perform construction activities to fully implement all work related to this project. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Infection control construction barriers, dust control etc. Demolition as defined in the project drawings AHU s Other misc HVAC work Replacing the two identified AHU s Controls New control sequences for the new AHU s Add/update Control graphics Testing and acceptance Verify full sequence of operations Verify all new and/or modified equipment and systems perform as intended The General scope of this project is the complete replacement of the two identified AHU s serving Bldg 28.
