Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for 65 FT and 125 FT cable assemblies. The NAICS Code is 335931, Current Wiring Device Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6145, Wire and Cable, Electrical. This requirement will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.� This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), reference solicitation number SPMYM4-21-Q-0108. TPC Wire & Cable Corp. (1GLC4) is the only known source of this material at this time. A complete copy of the solicitation is included with this notice. Offer submissions are due by 5:00 P.M. (EST) on August 13, 2021. Telephone requests are not authorized and will not be accepted. Please ensure the solicitation number (SPMYM4-21-Q-0108) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence.� Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues.
