Description

The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to issue an purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 8.405-6 Limited Sources basis to COSMED USA, Inc., 1850 Bates Avenue, Concord, CA 94520-1240 for Base (10 months) and one year option, BOD POD Extended Service Plan � 35 each.� Applicable NAICS is 334516. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at katherine.i.perry.civ@mail.mil and Contract Specialist at traci.d.leonard2.civ@mail.mil no later than Tuesday, 10 August, 2021, by 4:00 PM Central Standard time. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
