- CHANGE IN DATE AND TIME ACC-RSA will host its next Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) session on 7 July 2021, starting at 1:00 p.m. CST.� This session is a continuation of the ACC-RSA�s Executive Director�s intent to provide members of industry the opportunity to ask questions of the Senior Contracting Officials and ACC RSA Mission Partners in support of the various portfolios supported by ACC-RSA at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.� This PALT session will be conducted virtually.� This session will include ACC-RSA, AMCOM, PEO Aviation, PEO Missiles & Space, PEO IEW&S, SMDC and CCDC contracting and program management senior leaders. In order to attend this virtual session, individuals should R.S.V.P. via the following email address no later than (NLT) 2 July 2021: usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-palt@mail.mil The link to the session will be provided at a later date. As with the previous PALT sessions, we are again requesting questions on specific programs and procurements be submitted in advance of the session.� In order to afford sufficient time to prepare responses, all questions must be provided NLT 24 June 2021.� Just as we did for the last two PALT sessions, we will be taking interactive questions at the end of this session, allowing industry to ask real time questions of the senior leaders.� Please be aware that the PALT session is only scheduled for 2 hours, so if you already have questions in mind about specific requirements in PALT or soon to be in PALT, it would be better to submit those questions in advance, rather than waiting until the end of the session.� With over 250 industry partners in attendance, it�s possible that we might run out of time before we get to your question.� With regards to future PALT sessions, ACC-RSA will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will provide information via the beta.sam.gov website.� Ensuring the safety of our ACC-RSA workforce, our Mission Partner Activity counterparts and our Industry partners will remain our top priority. The ACC-RSA Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) session scheduled for 7 July 2021 has been moved to 28 July 2021, with a new starting time of 12:00 p.m. CST.� It will still be virtual session.� For those industry partners who have already requested to be included in the session, you will remain on the attendance roster and be provided the attendance link once that has been generated.� For any others who wish to attend, please R.S.V.P. via the following email address no later than (NLT) 23 July 2021.� The link to the session will be provided at a later date. usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-palt@mail.mil Since the session has been pushed out, we are extending the deadline for submitting advance questions on specific programs and procurements.� In order to afford sufficient time to prepare responses, all questions must be provided NLT 16 July 2021. Special Note: �A source selection overview will be presented by the Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) immediately following the PALT session.
