- NOTICE OF INTENT - CELLEBRITE This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 other than full and open competition. The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Service, intends to award a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp to renew the Cellebrite software subscription and maintenance agreement services to support the Office of Inspector General (OIG).� The Cellebrite subscription helps OIG special agents conduct forensic examinations across multiple devices.� Cellebrite products adequately collects, analyzes, and generates reports that are routinely presented to senior management and in court proceedings.� The contract will be for approximately one year with the period of performance ending July 31, 2022. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 3304, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. �The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Carahsoft Technology Corp located at 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, Virginia, 20190. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals.� No solicitation is available for this requirement.� Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information, which shall be considered by the requesting agency, within�five (5) calendar days of publication of this notice. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary.� The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Responses must be in writing and delivered by e-mail to the Contract Specialist at�ellen.clayton@hq.doe.gov.� The e-mail shall contain the following subject line:� Response to Notice of Intent 89303021PIG000064.� Please submit all information no later than August 10, 2021, 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition requirement.
