- PKSOI Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Analyst SEE ATTACHED PWS Amendment� 2 Resolicited updated PWS attached set aside removed Amendment 3 Answer Q & A��from Amendment 2 Q� Can you please�confirm whether candidates must meet every minimum requirement in section 6 in order to be eligible? In other words, if a candidate fails to meet one or more�minimum�requirements, would that disqualify them from further consideration A��If a candidate is short a qualification, the source selection board may choose to rate that subfactor as �marginal� and still award Q� Section 1.7.5 states ""Dueto COVID-19, telework is permissible in accordance with local command and Mission and Installation Contracting Command policies."" But section 1.7.4 states the contractor must be available onsite M-F during working hours. Can you please clarify the current policies related to work on this contract? Are any changes anticipated due to uncertainty around�the Delta variant? As you can imagine, many candidates are very concerned with the resurging COVID infection rates and are seeking flexible working arrangements to ensure health and safety A�� There is a difference between scheduled telework and teleworking due to an emergency (i.e. COVID). If the post leadership deems it necessary, 100% telework will be authorized.� Q��Can you please share a budget range or ceiling available for these requirements to ensure offerors are proposing cost effective candidates A�� We cannot release any budgetary information Q� Would you please consider extending the proposal submission deadline by one week? A�� We cannot extend this RFQ any further, as we risk losing funding. This requirement will not be extended
