- SEE REVISED PWS WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ADDED TO PAGE 6-7 Q: Thank you for providing this information. I do have a quick questions about disposal of the pews. Typically when we remove pews Imperial hires a company to drop open top dumpsters and then remove the full open tops. In the past this has been an issue on some bases and we are required to work through an on base disposal processes, since the old pews are still owned by the government. Would you be able to shed any light on what is required at TAFB? If we have to use a process on base would you have a contact number so we can discuss in further detail with that department? A: TAFB Facility Standard 2020, 30.4: Trash Disposal and Construction Debris: All waste material generated by construction or demolition activities shall be hauled off-base by the Contractor and disposed of at a legal dump site. The haul route shall be maintained free of debris, mud, rock, and trash by the Contractor at all times. See attached Combination Synopsis/Solicitation and PWS.��
