Equipment Chicago Pneumatic QRS 20D 125 TM - 20hp Rotary Screw Air Compressor, Air Dryer, 132 Gal Tank Mounted, 82.2 CFM @ 125 PSIG, 208/230/460V/3Ph, PN: 4152027032 1 1. Objective/Requirements Install air compressor in the air handling room of Building 4649 (NW corner). Run associated plumbing for the necessary compressed air drops within the High Bay area of 4649 2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs The contractor shall perform the following duties: 1. Install pneumatic drops with water filters and appropriate pneumatic fittings 2. Install the air compressor in Room 109 and run pneumatic manifold to the associated drops in the High Bay 3. Provide drain plumbing for air compressor to existing building drain to minimize air tank and compressor moisture. 4. The air compressor will utilize USDA Biopreferred Designated Products as called out in the Green Procurement Compilation 3. Place of Performance Building 4649 on the Marshall Space Flight Center Huntsville, Alabama 3 V1.07 DEC 2020 SECTION 2 INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS ?52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items (Jun 2020) Addendum to 52.212-1 Quotes for the item(s) described in the RFQ are due by 8/12/2021 by 4:30 p.m. CT to Dalonna Penton at Dalonna.d.penton@nasa.gov in order to be considered for award. If it is in the best interest of the Government, quotes submitted after the due date may be accepted. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote. Submitted Quotes shall list two points of contacts including name, phone number, and email address. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail) to Dalonna Penton at Dalonna.d.penton@nasa.gov no later than 8/11/2021 by 4:30 p.m. CT. Telephone questions shall not be accepted. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 333912. This procurement is set aside for small business. Offeror�s shall be registered at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Delivery is FOB Destination. Please note that Provisions 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation (Oct 2020) are included in this RFQ. You are required to complete these two provisions and return the RFQ document with your quote. Failure to complete these Provisions will result in the Government being unable to make award to your firm.
