- This is solicitation amendment 0001 to solicitation HQ003421R0161.� Please see attached documents. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. Extend the offer due date to 12PM EST on Friday, August 20, 2021, see block 8 of the solicitation. 2. Add ""Ad Hoc CSO Force"" CLINs 0014, 1014, 2014, 3014, and 4014. 3. Revise the number of months from 12 Months to 11 Months on CLINs 0001-0012. 4. Renumber and rename CLIN 0014 from Transition Manager to CLIN 0015 Phase-In. 5. Revise the PWS. Revisions are highlighted. 6. Revise the solicitation. Revisions are highlighted. 7. Provide the Question & Answer Document (attachment 17), additional CBAs, revised pricing template (attachment 6), CSO seniority list (attachment 14), updated wage determination (attachment 15), and key personnel qualification requirements (attachment 16).
