Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912P8-21-Q-0020 is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) under FAR Part 13.303.� The Government anticipates awarding Multiple BPAs from this solicitation from which future BPA calls will be placed.� Master BPAs will be awarded to responsible contractors whose offer conforms to ALL requirements of the synopsis/solicitation and has the lowest reasonable price. The NAICS code for this procurement is 484220� Specialized Freight Trucking, Local), Dump Trucking (gravel, sand, top-soil) with a size standard of $30,000,000.00. Offerors shall answer and submit with their offer �APPENDIX A-Questionnaire�, AND APPENDIX B-Pricing Schedule attached to this Solicitation. Failure to return both APPENDIXES may result in Non-Conformance. The Government reserve the right to award with or without discussions. Quotes are to be received via e-mail no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on 08 July 2021.
