- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being request and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-21-R- 0002 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for a vendor to provide long-term lodging services for the Vermont Air National Guard as outlined in this solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110 with size standard $35.0M. CLIN 0001 QTY: 8 Unit of Issue (U/I): Months Lease/Rental Long Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units; Studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with a minimum of one (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS FOB: Destination PSC: V231 POP: 1 September 2021 � 30 April 2022 CLIN 1001 QTY: 12 U/I: Months Lease/Rental Long Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units; Studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with a minimum of one (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS FOB: Destination PSC: V231 Option Year One POP: 1 May 2022 � 30 April 2023 CLIN 2001 QTY: 12 U/I: Months Lease/Rental Long Term Lodging; FFP Fully furnished units; Studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with a minimum of one (1) full bathroom located in the unit as outlined in the PWS FOB: Destination PSC: V231 Option Year Two POP: 1 May 2023 � 30 April 2024 The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of proposals. It is the vendor�s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of proposal receipt. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted NO LATER THAN 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 28 July 2021 to TSgt Kristen Lucey at kristen.lucey.2@us.af.mil. Questions with Answers will be posted no later than 29 July 2021, 5:00 pm. EDT or sooner if possible. Proposals must be in written form addressing all factors in the 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, of this Solicitation.
