- Description
- The Commercial Trucking Solution Contract (CTSC) will�provide�for timely and equitable transportation services throughout Japan (currently excluding Okinawa). CTSC will provide transportation services to multiple transportation offices. Each transportation office has a distinct mission and often operates independent of other transportation offices.�The purpose of this solution is to create a unified approach to fulfilling the diverse freight transportation needs for of United States Government throughout Japan.� A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at the 374 CONS on 10 August 2021, 14:00, Japan Standard Time (JST) for the purpose of explaining and answering questions regarding this solicitation. Interested parties who wish to attend must submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3 persons) to Mr. Kenji Urasaki, Contract Specialist by e-mail at kenji.urasaki.jp@us.af.mil and Mr. Kazuhito Urano by e-mail at kazuhito.urano.jp@us.af.mil prior to 6 Aug 2021, 02:00, JST. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Virtual attendance via WebEx�will also be permitted, for access please request additional information to the points of contact above. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 6 Aug 2021, 02:00 PM, JST. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions and answers. Note: Solicitation pages 72-313 represent redundant period of performance information that is summarized�on page 3 of the solicitation.
