PLEASE SHIP�TO:�� NMFS / Southeast Fisheries Science Center / Miami, FL 75 Virginia Beach Drive Miami, FL 33149 United States *** PLEASE SEE ATTACHED REVISED STATEMENT OF NEED*** ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Small (2m or less wingspan) fixed wing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) designed to search, detect and photograph marine megafauna.� (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333MF21QNFFN0053 (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 (JUL 2021) (Deviation 2020-11) (AUG 2020)(2020-05)(APR 2020)(2017-05)(SEPT 2017). This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted procurement, with no set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334511. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Service Contract Labor Standards Act does not apply to this supply order. The purchase order must be for an Aeromapper Talon Amphibious (UAS) with 1 Eyeshot Pro live-video link system, and 1 TAL-BAT extra battery set or Equal to the Aeromapper Talon Amphibious (UAS).� (IV) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following commercial services: The contractor shall provide Aeromapper Talon Amphibious (UAS) with 1 Eyeshot Pro live-video link system, and 1 TAL-BAT extra battery set Brand Name or Equal required to search, detect and photograph marine megafauna.
