Description

AMENDMENT U00001 This requirement is re-opened from 6 August 2021 to 10 August 2021 to provide offerers the opportunity to quote implementation services as outlined in this amendment to W912CN-21-R-0017. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal�Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ W912CN-21-R-0017 and�is issued by Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii, Wheeler Army Airfield Hawaii on a brand-name restriction for IPA. LLC Scrubex Brand Linen Dispensers (SE-7003-LC, SE-7003-MC, SE-7003-SC) for delivery to Tripler Army Medical Center Located in Honolulu, HI. No other notices will be issued for this requirement. Responses are due to SFC Scott Voigt by 12:00 HST on 20 July 2021. Delivery is required no later than 30 August 2021.
