- Page 2 of 2 The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a small business set-aside for brand name Earthlite, LLC or equal hydraulic treatment table for Jesse Brown VA Medical Center located in Chicago, Illinois. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19. Contract will be firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code 339113. This will be a 100% small business set-aside solicitation IAW FAR 13.106-1(d), FAR 19.502-2, and 13 CFR ยง 121.406(b)(1). Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C25221Q0998 for details in the near future. This RFQ will be posted on or around Thursday, August 05, 2021. Offers will be due no later than 11:00pm.
