Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Two (2) DNA Magnetic Bead Extraction Instruments with supplies to maintain and improved capacity for processing forensic DNA casework. (I)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333LF21QNFFK0059. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 (JUL 2021) (Deviation 2020-11) (AUG 2020)(2020-05)(APR 2020)(2017-05)(SEPT 2017). This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted procurement, with no set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Service Contract Labor Standards Act does not apply to this supply order. This requirement is for two (2) each Roche MagNA Pure 24 instruments and supplies OR equal. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following commercial supplies: The contractor shall provide Two (2) each Roche MagNA Pure 24 Instruments and supplies Brand name or Equal in accordance with the Statement of Need/Technical Specifications. (IV) Description of requirements is as follows: See Statement of Need attached to this combined synopsis.
