- ** 05AUG2021 - This RFI is hereby amended to incorporate a draft Performance Work Statement and draft Request for Proposal to solicit industry feedback/comment.� Please see attachments; Attachment 0002 - Draft PWS RECORDS MANAGEMENT, and SYNOPSIS DRAFT RFP - RECORDS MANAGEMENT W52P1J21RRECORDS.� Please provide feedback/comment no later than Thursday, 12 August 2021, at 11:00 am CST. ** ** 05AUG2021 - This RFI is hereby amended to incorporate Q&A posed by industry regarding this requirement.� Please see attachment; ""RFI QA - W52P1J21RRECORDS""� Thank you. ** ** This amendment provides answers to questions regarding this RFI, and to inform interested parties of a site visit scheduled for Thursday, 29JUL2021, at 0930 CST.� If interested in the site visit, you must email Danette Wilson at danette.d.wilson.civ@mail.mil, up to two individuals per company, who will be attending NLT Monday, 26JUL2021, at 2:00 pm CST.� Failure to provide the names of the individuals attending by the suspense date of 26JUL2021 will result in those individuals being turned away and unable to complete the site visit on 29JUL2021.� Please find below answers to previously asked questions: Question 1:� What is the physical location of the boxes and cabinets? Answer 1:� The location of the boxes is in our ""warehouse"".� This is an empty basesment level floor.� The cabinets are in an office setting spread across three floors of two connected buildings and the second floor of the building across the street from these two buildings. Question 2:� Where on the document or file will we find the information needed for the inventory? Answer 2:� The information required for the inventory will be provided, in various locations on the files, or will need to be calculated based on the files. Question 3:� What is the size of each box and the size/description of the filing cabinets?� Are they horizontal or vertical cabinets? Answer 3:� The size of the boxes in the warehouse are 12"" x 9.5"" x 14.75"".� The cabinets are vertical with five drawers. Question 4:� For the documents in cabinets that are deemed for scanning, whose responsibility is it to pack the documents for off-site transportation?� If vendor, what is the access and staging necessary to complete it? Answer 4:� The contractor is responsible for packing the documents for transportation.� It is expected that the contractor box the files as they are pulled from the cabinet in the office space hallway.
