Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Scientific &�Technical Engagement Parternership�(STEP) program.� This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.� This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY and in no way obligates the United States (U.S.) Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.� This notice is open to all interested parties.� Responses received by the U.S. Government will not form a binding contract.� The market research findings might affect future solicitations for this requirement.� If the U.S. Government issues a solicitation, it does not guarantee that the RFI respondents will be recipients.� The U.S. Government requests that RFI respondents do not use restrictive or proprietary markings in the RFI response. Please see the attachment�for additional information regarding this RFI. DTRA plans to host a virtual Industry Day 8-10 September 2021.�The purpose of the Industry Day conference is to provide additional information on STEP�requirements, and to give industry an opportunity to seek further information on the acquisition and share its�expertise. Additional information regarding the virtual Industry Day is forthcoming and will be�posted to SAM.gov.�
