- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 Effective 11 Aug 2018.� The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-21-Q-0056 for the purchase of High Speed Camera Systems. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This requirement is being solicited Full and Open competition for NAICS Code 333316. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract and will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Priced offer that meets all the requirement listed in the Statement of Work.� Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for more details of the required products.� INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Acceptance shall be at destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, 21010. All contractor representatives needing access to the installation must be US Citizens. Partial quotes will not be evaluated by the Government. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals. Provide the Government detailed information on the following: ����������� a. Estimated delivery after receipt of order. ����������� b. Point of contact name and contact information, CAGE code, DUNS number, and TIN SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Please provide a quotation addressing the requirement listed in the attached Specification sheet.� All quotations from responsible sources will be fully considered.� Vendors who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, database prior to award will not be considered.� Vendors may register with SAM online at the website link provided.� � For questions concerning this solicitation, contact Tien Nguyen, Contract Specialist, via email at tien.q.nguyen.civ@mail.mil.� All questions must be received by August 20, 2021 at 1:00 P.M Easter Time.� � NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE HONORED. � �All quotations must be signed, dated, submitted and received no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday,�24 August 2021 in SAM.Gov tool as well as by email to tien.q.nguyen.civ@mail.mil � The Government reserves the right to cancel the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
