(2) Date : 08/03/2021�� ��� �� (3) Classification Code : 66�� � (4) NAICS Code : 334515 (5) NAICS Size Standard: 750 employees� (6) Contracting Office Address: 2800 Powder Mill Road � � � �Bldg. 601 � � � �Adelphi, Maryland 20783 (7) Subject: �Sources Sought for One (1) Oscilloscope capable of measuring using a 13 gigahertz bandwidth for a PDV system, and two (2) oscilloscopes capable of measuring using a 1 gigahertz bandwidth for general purpose use. � �Solicitation Number: �W911QX21Q0202 (9) Sources Sought Closing Response Date: 12 August 2021 (10) Contact Point: Contract Specialist, 301-394-5332, crystal.l.demby.civ@mail.mil � (11) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: The Contractor shall deliver to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD One (1) Oscilloscope capable of measuring using a 13 gigahertz bandwidth for a PDV system, and two (2) oscilloscopes capable of measuring using a 1 gigahertz bandwidth for general purpose use meeting the following minimum requirements: The Contractor shall deliver one (1) oscilloscope, in accordance with the below specifications: 1.�� �The oscilloscope shall have a bandwidth greater than or equal to 13000000000 hertz (also commonly termed 13 gigahertz (GHz). 2.�� �The oscilloscope shall have four (4) independent recording channels. 3.�� �The oscilloscope shall have at least one (1) external trigger input. � 4.�� �Each of the four (4) independent recording channels shall be capable of running with impedance set to 50 ohms. 5.�� �Each of the four (4) independent channels shall be capable of recording at a sampling rate greater than 20000000000 samples per second (also commonly termed 20 Gigasamples/s or 20 Gsamp/s or 20 Gs/s). 6.�� �Each of the four (4) independent channels shall be capable of recording 20000000 (20M) samples @ 20 Gigasamples/second or greater. 7.�� �The four (4) independent channels shall have SubMiniature version A connectors (SMA connectors) or adapters to SMA. 8.�� �The oscilloscope shall have an external display so it can run as a standalone entity. 9.�� �The oscilloscope shall be able to interface with a computer to be controlled remotely. 10.�� �The oscilloscope shall have an Ethernet interface. 11.�� �The oscilloscope shall have a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface. 12.�� �The oscilloscope shall be capable to mount in a standard 19� laboratory rack. 13.�� �The oscilloscope shall come with the hardware to mount in a 19� laboratory rack. 14.�� �The oscilloscope shall come with the power supply and all accessories so as to be run upon receiving. 15.�� �The oscilloscope shall run on standard 110 volt alternating current power (110V ac).
