- AMAG Physical Access Control System (PACS) Upgrade and Maintenance The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: AMAG PACS Upgrade and Maintenance NAICS-561621: Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) Place of Performance: Primary place of performance is Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) Anticipated Periods of Performance: Base Year: 25 September 2021 to 24 September 2022 Option Year One (1): 25 September 2022 to 24 September 2023 Option Year Two (2): 25 September 2023 to 24 September 2024 Option Year Three (3): 25 September 2024 to 24 September 2025 Option Year Four (4): 25 September 2025 to 24 September 2026 Draft Evaluation Criteria: A draft version of the FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS is attached below for offeror reference as appropriate. Attachments for Reference: A draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached below for offeror reference as appropriate. Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email their 1) company name, 2) DUNS number, 3) CAGE code, 4) business socio-economic size status and 6) capabilities statement to meet this requirement in Adobe PDF format to perform subject requirement to bradley.burhite@va.gov not later than 16 August 2021 at 1300-EST. Please also provide signed copies of both the 7) Labor Hour Compliance and 8) FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance Letters.
