Description: Provide patient welfare and wellbeing communications training. This training is part of a process to 1) train military treatment facility (MTF) staff members in caring communication, and 2) create of culture of safety by meeting the behavior standards Military Health System (MHS) leaders want to see. The goal is to create a culture of safety and quality. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
