- Page 2 of 2 Page 1 of 1 Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide a notice to the public of information applicable to Engineering Consultants services at James J. Peters VA Medical Center. Authority: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description: James J. Peters VA Medical Center has a need for Engineering Consultants services beginning August 23, 2021. Place of Performance: James J. Peters Medical Center 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468 Competitive Acquisition: This will be a competitive acquisition set-aside for service disable veterans owned small business (SDVOSB). Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price. Period of Performance: Up to 6 months. Government-Furnished Property/Equipment: None noted at this time. Release Date of the Solicitation: It is anticipated that Solicitation No. 36C24221Q1223 will be released in the month of August 2021.
