Description
Pursuant to 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a single source task order with Learning Tree International for customized FAC-P/PM Level III Capstone course to support the Office of Infrastructure. Learning Trees FHWA Senior Level Capstone Training is the only course approved by the department of Transportation, Office of the Secretary to provide the FAC P/PM Level III training requirement. FHWA-HIF requires customized FAC-P/PM Level III Capstone Training to address OFPPs requirements for FAC-P/PM certification. The 10-Day Senior Level FAC-P/PM Capstone program will offer comprehensive and efficient FAC-P/PM Level III education. The Capstone training will be delivered virtually with three two-week training blocks to accommodate up to 60 sdPOM/POM FTEs that are managing the most high-risk major projects across the nation. This course has been previously built from the ground up specifically for FHWA Federal Lands Highway division. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort. The responses must be received by August 20, 2021 at 12:00 PM Eastern. All questions concerning this matter should be addressed directly to Koren Wheeler at Koren.Wheeler@dot.gov.
