Description

RFQ W912NS21Q4021 � Media Blast Cabinets This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912NS21Q4021 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332813 - Electroplating, Plating, Polishing, Anodizing, and Coloring with size standard of 500 employees. Product Service Code 3426 - Metal Finishing Equipment. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The following commercial supplies are requested (see enclosed Purchase Description). Please utilize below Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) when submitting quote. Provide individual price as well as a total price for each CLIN, as well as a total bid price. CLIN: 0001: Paint Shop Plastic Media Blast Cabinet, 2 Each CLIN: 0002: Avionics Shop Plastic Media Blast Cabinet, 2 Each Delivery (FOB Destination 90 Days ARO) MO AVCRAD 5250 West Depot Road Springfield, MO 65803 Questions Deadline: Questions shall be electronically submitted by email to hediberto.roman.civ@mail.mil & craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@mail.mil utilizing the following subject: RFI W912NS21Q4021 ""Company Name"".
