- Description
- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, in support of MEDCOM, intends to make a sole source award to Queen's Hamamatsu PET Imaging Center for a firm fixed-price contract for Fluedeoxyglucose 18 (FDG-18) for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. The NAICS cods of this procurement is 621512. This requirement is for a period from 01 October 2021�through 30 September 2024 (base and two (2) one-year option periods). The statutory authority permitting this award without prviding full and open competition is FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) which authorizes the government to award ocntracts when there is only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirement under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competittive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotatation which shall be considered by the agency.� All questions and responses concerning this notice shall be emailed to wendi.t.young-asao.civ@mail.mil.
