AMENDED PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ADDED: THIS IS NOT A SOLICIATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY; NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. DECA INTERESTED SUPPLIER�BUSINESS INFORMATION QUESTIONNAIRE AND LOCATION MAP�ARE�ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE. Amendment due to removal of: Electronic Submission/Responses:Doc Package� THIS IS NOT REQUIRED ______________________________________________________________________ Contractor is to furnish fresh and frozen beef and pork products for various commissaries located in the Far East Area of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). For the purpose of this solicitation, the following 14 DeCA Far East Area commissaries are grouped geographically into 5 groups: Group 1 - 2 Locations: Guam - Orote, Andersen Group 2 - 4 Locations: Korea - Yongsan, Osan, Daegu, and Camp Humprhreys Group 3 - 5 Locations: Japan - Misawa, Yokota, Yokosuka, Atsugi, and Sagamihara Group 4 - 2 Locations: Japan - Hario Village, Iwakuni Group 5 - 1 Locations: Okinawa CDC delivering to -Camp Foster, Kadena, Camp�Kisner, and Camp Courtney A single solicitation containing five (5) geographical groupings will be issued. The Government will award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation based on evaluation using Best Value Trade Off procedures. The contract award(s) will be made on an ""all-or-none"" basis for all commissaries and line items within each geographical group. A Requirements Type Contract is contemplated with Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements, with Special Factor pricing that will adjust the unit price weekly based on the market index (Weekly National Carlot Meat Report). The NAICS Code is 311611 for this requirement with a size standard of 1000 employees. The period of performance will be for a base period of 24 consecutive months, plus three 12-month option periods. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All offers from large business firms must submit an acceptable subcontracting plan with their offer. Offers received without an acceptable plan will not be considered for award. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released on or about August 17, 2021.
